Abstract: This work has the general objective of analyzing resources based on the theory of Multiple Intelligences as a way of facilitating understanding in teaching Science with 6th year elementary students. The motivation arose from the observation that traditional methods often result in student disengagement, evidenced by distractions and lack of attention in the classroom. To this end, the following specific objectives were established: identify the multiple intelligences predominant in students from three 6th year elementary school classes; develop teaching resources aimed at teaching science based on the predominant intelligence among students in the classes; and evaluate the perceptions of participating students about the resources developed. The theoretical framework covers the main behaviorist, cognitivist and sociocultural learning theories, in addition to discussing the concept of intelligence and Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, which goes beyond the traditional IQ measurement. The methodology used was field research, applied, descriptive and qualitative and the study was carried out with three 6th year classes from a public school in the city of Capanema-PA. Initially, the predominant intelligences were identified in the three classes based on the intelligences identified, teaching resources were developed and, after applying these resources, students' perception was assessed using a questionnaire. The results showed that the identification of predominant multiple intelligences helped adapt teaching to students' needs, increasing their engagement and understanding. The teaching resources developed facilitated learning, making classes more effective. Assessment of student perceptions indicated an increase in interest and ease of learning when activities were aligned with their predominant intelligences. Abstract: This article explores the adequacy of pedagogical resources in Biology teaching, analyzing teachers' perspectives on their effectiveness and impact on the teaching-learning process. The research highlights the importance of using varied teaching materials, such as audiovisual resources, practical experiments and digital technology, to engage students and facilitate the understanding of complex concepts. Teachers point out that the adequacy of pedagogical resources is crucial to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Continuing training and training of educators in relation to the use of new tools and methodologies are identified as determining factors for the effective implementation of these resources. Furthermore, the research reveals challenges faced by teachers, such as the lack of infrastructure in schools and the scarcity of adequate materials, which make it difficult to practice a more dynamic and contextualized education. The teachers' perspective emphasizes the need for more robust institutional support, as well as the importance of collaboration between educators and educational institutions in the selection and adaptation of pedagogical resources. In conclusion, the study points out that the adequacy of pedagogical resources in the teaching of Biology, from the perspective of teachers, is fundamental to promoting a more effective education aligned with the needs of students, contributing to the development of essential skills and abilities in the field of Biology. science.

Abstract: The present study's theme was the consumer's perception regarding the quality of services
provided by a banking institution, as the competitiveness of this segment of the economic sector
brings with it the need for personalized service and a greater degree of customer satisfaction.
The objective of this study was to estimate the degree of satisfaction and quality of service
provided at a Banco do Brazil bank branch in the municipality of Paragominas, state of Pará.
The methodology used was exploratory research and was carried out through the application of
questionnaires to customers of Banco do Brasil, which consisted of five objective questions
related to the customer profile and twenty-two statements related to the degree of satisfaction
and services provided by the bank using the SERVQUAL scale method, where the dimensions
tangibility, reliability, responsiveness was highlighted, assurance and empathy with a score
from 1 to 5. In total, thirty questionnaires were administered in the period from May to April
2024. The results showed that the majority of the public surveyed were female, aged between
21 and 30 years old, with high school and undergraduate education and have been bank
customers for between 1 and 3 years. In relation to the degree of customer satisfaction, the
averages for the tangibility and guarantee dimensions were greater than 4 points, which
characterizes an excellent degree of customer satisfaction in these two aspects covered. The
reliability, responsiveness and empathy dimensions presented averages of less than 4 points,
which indicates that these aspects were highlighted as subject to improvement for greater

Abstract: The recent technological change brought about by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has increased discussions about the role of this technology and its impacts on the job market and people management. One of the major debates related to the job market is the replacement of workers by AI, which could reduce the human presence in this environment. In this regard, the objective of this study was to identify the different aspects of AI and its impacts on the job market. To this end, an exploratory data analysis was carried out, based on a review of theoretical literature and observing different approaches and thoughts on the use of AI and the job market. Thus, it was possible to detect that most studies are concerned with the loss of human labor in the job market and that this can happen in roles with a higher level of education. Furthermore, most of the research focused on this topic comes from Europe, Asia, and America.
