O desafio da responsabilidade social em microempresas: o caso da empresa JJ Ambiental, na cidade de Capanema no Pará.

Abstract

This research surveys the challenge of Social Responsibility in microenterprises. With the general objective of identifying whether there is a socially responsible path being built by the company and what are the reasons that make it a great challenge to carry out SR practices in a micro-enterprise. The research used a quali-quantitative approach with analysis of information and generation of statistical data, being carried out a survey of information through a bibliographical research and case study with the collection of data in the Capanemese company JJ Ambiental, through the application questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. After this analysis, it was possible to identify that the company is in fact trying to build ties with CSR, but there is a lack of greater understanding and dissemination of the subject within the organization and these advances are not concluded due to the difficulties encountered throughout this process, such as: lack of greater knowledge on the subject; little interest and involvement of the local community; lack of government incentive; strong business routine and lack of supervision. It highlights the importance of carrying out CSR practices by micro- enterprises and understanding the factors that make its application a major challenge. Thus, looking for ways to alleviate or remedy these bottlenecks so that this process actually becomes more pleasant one day. In this way, the analysis of the challenge of SR in microenterprises is a theme that must be recognized with due importance and can be even more in-depth in future studies.
