A inclusão digital na Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA/médio: o uso do computador e a interatividade com o sistema operacional Linux.

Abstract

This work aims to present the contributions of digital inclusion to students of Youth and Adult Education (EJA) of the State High School Inácio Moura, located in Santo Antônio do Tauá, state of Pará. Therefore, a workshop was held for students of this modality where they used computers to interact pedagogically with the Linux operating system, the basic programs installed in it and Internet access. The decision by the workshop format occurred after the discovery, through an informal survey, that teachers and students of the EJA did not have or had little knowledge about the Linux operating system and the software installed on it. Thus, we considered that this work can contribute with the improvement of the knowledge and learning of the students that participates of the workshop. In addition, it is expected that this work will contribute to a reflection on the importance of digital inclusion in the EJA and the problems in the education of Santo Antônio do Tauá. A good quality in education will only be possible when these problems are addressed and solved.
