Abstract

The study it makes a verification of as it functions the Democratic Management in the school and which its relation with the participation of the pertaining to school segments, having as reference one brief bibliographical revision from some authors between them Maria Elisa Carapeto Ferreira, Vitor Enrique I stop, João Baptista Bastos, Marília Pontes Spósito, Jose Carlos Libâneo, Heloísa Lück, Chico Alencar and others, that subsidize the recurrent conceptual recital of the bibliographical research, allowing to a descriptive and reflexive analysis regarding the subject, suggesting therefore a reflexive analytical boarding. In this conceptual trajectory bevy is made one historical boarding of the origin of the Pertaining to school Administration in Brazil and the changes that had contributed for the new denomination of Democratic Management under the optics of the emergent educational politics. It was verified that the theory detaches the importance of the collective participation of all the pertaining to school segments in the search of the autonomy institution school and in the construction of its proposal pedagogical translated in its Project Pedagogical Politician. It is concluded that only an integration of the diverse pertaining to school segments is possible, will have interest and participation of all, having a necessity of improvement in the integration of the body administrative technician and the professors together with the responsible pupils and parents/, so that the Management guides principles that are related to the daily one of the community and thus to reach with effectiveness the suggested educational goals in its proposal pedagogical.
